Care & Maintenance Guides and Warranties
To ensure your new windows and doors continue to perform optimally, regular maintenance is essential. We recommend bi-annual care and maintenance in addition to regular inspection and cleaning. You can download the manufacturers guides for the best ways to keep everything running smoothly.
The manufacturers warranties are with Andy Glass Windows and can be accessed through us by requesting a service call. In addition to the manufactures warranties, Andy Glass Windows provides a 10 year after sales service. Just get in touch if you have any questions or issues.
FENSA Certificates

If your installation is eligible under the FENSA registration scheme we will submit details to FENSA for you and they will dispatch a certificate directly to you. (Normally within 8 weeks of the installation works completion.) Please keep your certificate safe, as it will be needed if you sell your property.

If you mislay your certificate, duplicates can be purchased directly from FENSA.

Porches

Conservatories
-
Garages
-
Garden Rooms or Outbuildings

For doors less than 50% glazed
-
Non residential buildings

New builds/extensions - These are covered under Building Control

Residential properties with Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) who choose not to have trickle vents in their windows and doors will need to approach Building Control with their HVAC installation and testing paperwork
