Composite Garden Rooms
Composite Garden Buildings are suitable for a wide range of uses. The luxurious space can be utilised as your home office or a gym, or alternatively as a place to relax, unwind and get away from it all. Designed as a self-contained building to use all year round. The innovative construction utilises purpose designed modular composite wall construction with a core of high performance insulation to keep the space warm and energy efficient, with a warm weatherproof roof for year-round protection from the elements.
We offer two bespoke Kyube solutions, which can be adapted to suit your taste and requirements. Firstly, the Timber Frame building. This option comes fitted with your choice of exterior cladding, plus your selection of door, door furniture and window colour. The interior is left unfinished, allowing you to create your own interior solution. The second option is the Steel Frame building, which is a complete ready-to-use solution. In addition to choosing your exterior finishes, this frame comes completely insulated and with a selection of interior decor options for you to choose from. Both frame options are available in a range of sizes, with a variety of corner window options to suit any shape and sized garden. Every one of the garden buildings is individually designed and made to order in the UK.

Do I need planning permission, for a Composite Garden Room?
In most cases you will not need planning permission to erect a garden room - if the eaves height is under 2.5 and it doesn’t project beyond the front wall of your house. In general, adding a stand-alone, single storey garden room to the rear or side garden is usually allowed under Permitted Development. However, we recommend that you check the Government’s Planning Portal online before starting any work on a garden room to ensure you comply with the rules. The planning portal refers to garden rooms as outbuildings.
