We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description: As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for processing multiple orders from various manufacturers from survey through to delivery, working closely with our sales, surveyor, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient order flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders and enter them into industry software packages.

• Verify order details, ensuring all specifications and requirements are clear and complete.

• Liaise with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or queries.

• Communicate with the manufacturers to confirm manufacturing schedules.

• Coordinate with the manufacturers to arrange timely delivery of orders.

• Maintain and update order records in customer CRM system.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing order-related inquiries and issues promptly.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• DESIRABLE: Previous experience in order processing or a similar administrative role, preferably in the double glazing or construction industry.

• ESSENTIAL: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• ESSENTIAL: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• DESIRABLE: Proficient in using order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• ESSENTIAL: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• ESSENTIAL: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• ESSENTIAL: High level of customer service orientation.

• ESSENTIAL: Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
