Following the government's announcement on the 4th January 2021, Andy Glass Windows showroom and office will be closed to visitors.
The office will remain open for communication by telephone or email, just not face to face.

SURVEYS
We will be keeping appointments already booked, unless the homeowner wishes to postpone. We request customers wear a face covering during the survey and maintain the 2 meter distance. If you need to have a conversation with the surveyor they will request this is done out of doors.
INSTALLATIONS
Installations will carry on following safeguarding, we'll continue to follow the government guidance. We will be advising homeowners of the rules we are following and the part they need to play when installations are booked.
TIMESCALES
Our manufacturers are continuing to work through lockdown as permitted. The manufacturing process is still taking longer than during normal circumstances leading to extended timescales, but we can discuss these at the outset of your project.
